MercerBell deployed an out-of-the-box intranet system which needed some love. The UX didn’t feel quite right and the skin options didn’t suit the brand. The solution was to analyse the UX and IA of the site, make some improvements so things made more sense and design a custom skin to bring it in line with the MercerBell brand.
